My New Blog

I want to take a moment and tell everyone about the new services StageCoach Realty can offer to my customers and clients.  As you know I have been affiliated with Re/Max Homeowners for the past 12 years.  With a love for the business I wanted to continue to offer more services to my clients.  So I opened StageCoach Realty January 2009.  I incorporated in 2007.  Let me give you a brief run down of what I can offer.

• A menu of services are available
• For Sale By Owner: Need assistance? Flat Fee to enter into MLS
• Staging Service: Assistance? Priced per square footage
• Print Advertising but don't know what to do? Priced on needed basis
• Assistance with pricing?
• Need signage and Lockbox for protection
• Tracking of buyer clients and feedback

We also have a Property Management department that is available if you want to keep your home as an investment.  Getting qualified tenants is the key to maintaining great tenants to keep up the value of your home. 

I am existed about this new venture.  And want to share with all my clients and friends.
