Using your birthday as a bench mark to make home repairs, upgrades and landscaping. Every year is a new year for a spring garden. Your birthday can be a reminder for yourself to keep on track to get annual maintenance done. Like replace smoke alarm batteries, annual pest spray...i.e. termites.
