Finding the right Realtor to help you keep your home in todays economy is crucial. A new opportunity has opened up to help the homeowner.  Realtors can choose to take part in this new course call the CDPE or CERTIFIED DISTRESSED PROPERTY EXPERT.  When you see this symbol behind a Realtors name, this means they have taken their time and paid for the education to take their career to the next step.  This means we are concerned about our local market.  We want to step up and help the homeowner navigate through the process with the banks to help you keep your home.  The CDPE is currently approved with Bank of America.  The banks are recognizing and looking for qualified Realtors that took this course.  We are educated at what the banks are wanting.  We are provided with the paperwork that the homeowner needs to have and how to qualify for a short sale or stop foreclosure process.  Did you know a short sale can stop a foreclosure process?  Did you know that the banks will pay you to move from you home if you don't qualify for the short sale?  Do you know about forbearance or re-payment plan?  Do you know that you can buy a home within a 2 year window once a short sale takes place?  These are the questions you need to ask.  Not every Realtor is qualified.  Watch this video and call me today.  Don't wait until it is to late.  Save you credit, your home, your dignity!
